"All-American Burger's & more" - Curtis made my dream come tue

Hallo ihr Lieben, 

seid nun knapp 2 Jahren gibt es "All-American Burger's & more" in Nürnberg. 
Gestern Abend waren wir wieder dort und da habe ich gemerkt dass ich noch nicht davon berichtet habe - allerhöchste Eisenbahn :)

Denn Curtis, der Inhaber, zaubert mir immer wunderbare LowCarb Burger!!

Ich habe einen "Double All-American Burger with Bacon & Cheese" - LowCarb bestellt - Ohne Ketchup mit Mayo.

Statt den Brötchen habe ich angebratene Zwiebeln, Paprika und Champignons dazu bekommen - super super lecker! Tolles Röstaroma, tolles Burgerfleisch :)

 

Ich bin ja auch immer schon zufrieden, wenn einfach das Brötchen weggelassen wird, so wird es nicht weggeschmissen, aber mit dem ganzen gebratenem Gemüse, hat dem Gericht an nichts gefehlt.

...ist ein permanent aufgebauter Foodtruck auf dem Parkplatz der Shell Tankstelle - Äußere Sulzbacher Str. 156 in 90591 Nürnberg.


Inhaber Curtis ist Amerikaner und mit einer Nürnbergerin Verheiratet und brät dort super leckere Burger im Truck - alles frisch und in Rapsöl gebraten und das zu super Preisen, hier die Speisekarte:

    Hallo Jasmin,
    das sieht wirklich lecker aus :-D Wäre echt toll, wenn es in Frankfurt auch so ein Angebot geben würde.

    Apropos Amerika: mein Freund fragt mich nun seit einer geraumen Zeit, ob es auch sowas wie Lowcarb-Amerikaner gibt? Hast du da eine Idee für ein Rezept?

      ohhhh in Frankfurt gibt es auch ganz tolle Burger. Ich kenne zumindest ein Fleckchen, da war ich vor Kurzem mal: http://www.diekuhdielacht.com

      Puuh Amerikaner, da dürfte sich sicher was finden lassen, ich muss vorher mal sehen, wie man die Form hinbekommt ;) uiuiui noch eine weitere Rezeptidee in dem dicken Ordner ;P

    Hallo Jasmin,
    Wie schade, das Braunschweig so weit von Nürnberg entfernt ist! Das ist genau MEIN Essen! Habe gestern Dein Vanille Eis gemacht - ein Traum! So was von lecker! Hast Du meine Email erhalten? Mich interessiert brennend, wie Du die Glutenmenge in Guarkernmehl umrechnest!
    Am Wochenende gab es die Gemüseaghetti -genial! Ich liebe Deinen Blog und kann gar nicht genug darauf stöbern!
    Gestern habe ich die Cookies versucht! Aber irgendetwas habe ich wohl nicht richtig gemacht, sie schmecken zwar, aber sehen nicht so lecker aus wie Deine!

    Komisch... ich könnte wetten, daß ich da in den letzten paar Monaten auch gelegentlich während der genannten Öffnungszeiten vorbeigekommen bin und da war NIE auch nur ein EINZIGES Mal geöffnet. Bist Du sicher, daß der Laden überhaupt noch existiert?
